job requirements:

1. Age requirement is over 30 years old, no gender limit;

2. Bachelor degree or above in engineering economics, civil engineering and other related majors ;

3. Intermediate engineer; more than 3 years of project management work experience in the construction industry;

4. Familiar with engineering design, site management and relevant real estate engineering specifications; familiar withISO9000 quality management system; familiar with construction standards for A-level scenic spots.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Under the leadership of the company's general manager, fully preside over the daily work of the engineering department, and implement the company's various resolutions and policies.

Gradually establish and improve various management systems and implementation rules for departments and projects.

2. According to the company's development direction and plan, preside over the formulation of the company's technical and quality work objectives and project implementation plans.

3. Responsible for organizing the formulation of technical specifications and related technical documents of the company's related projects, and organizing their implementation.

4. Responsible for the approval of the "Construction Organization Design", construction (special project) plan, and technical documents of the company's engineering projects.

5. Responsible for organizing the quality acceptance of branch projects and unit projects, and participating in the completion acceptance meeting of the project construction project.

6. Assist the Comprehensive Management Department to handle project approval and construction work.

7. Responsible for the daily coordination and cooperation with various departments in the company and the coordination with the design department during the construction phase.

8. Assist the Cheng Control Department to manage the project cost, and be responsible for the management of the construction cost of the department.

9. Frequently go to the project site to find and solve the problems in the project in time.

10. Responsible for the quality, progress, safety and civilized construction of the project, and project file management.

11. Assist the general manager to formulate the development plan of the company's professional and technical personnel and the training and assessment of technical personnel.
